101 MUST-DO's FOR KIWIS

What's it all about?
The AA's search for the No. 1 Kiwi Must-Do experience began late September 2006. More than 350 nominations were received from Regional Tourism Organisations nationwide, but only 101 could make it on the list. Once this was done the public vote was launched.
They received over 195,000 individual experience rates, with more than 20,000 Kiwis telling them what they think. Now we can reveal the No. 1 Must-Do for Kiwis. It is Mitre Peak & Milford Sound. Ballooning on the Canterbury Plains came in at number 28!! Make sure your friends and family have also checked out the list for the many sights, attractions and adventures in this wonderful country of ours.
The 101 Must-Do¹s for Kiwis will live on to be an ongoing reference tool, a valuable resource for planning holidays in New Zealand and a great motivation for Kiwis getting out and seeing their country.
